Vincent consulted for Patient First from July 2015 to December 2015. During this time he worked on contract negotiations and building payer relations with various Medicaid Managed Care providers for Patient First’s Pennsylvania and New Jersey urgent care center networks.
Vincent successfully negotiated a provider agreement with one of Pennsylvania’s largest Medicaid Managed Care companies, AmeriHealth Caritas. This agreement will result in increased patient volume and revenue for our Pennsylvania urgent care centers. We were very fortunate to have Vincent working with us and helping us navigate the Medicaid landscape in this region.
The Gordon Policy Group consulted for Caidan Management LLC, the management company for Meridian Health Plan from October 2015 to March 2016. During this time the Gordon Policy Group, led by Vincent Gordon provided business strategy, small diverse business identification and relationship management support as part of Meridian Health Plans’ bid to become a Medicaid Managed Care contractor for the state of Pennsylvania.
The Gordon Policy Group provided information and updates on Pennsylvania’s Medicaid program, successfully contracted with various small diverse businesses, and established relationships between Meridian Health Plan and statewide health care associations including the Hospital Association of PA, Leading Age PA a long term care provider association, the PA Home Care Association and the PA Association of Community Health Centers.
Vincent consulted for the North Philadelphia Health Systems from April 2015 to December 2015. During this time, he provided contract and payer relations management for North Philadelphia Health Systems’ acute care hospitals and employed physicians. Vincent was also essential in the ongoing management of the business relationship between NPHS and Medicaid MCOs.
Gordon Policy Group (GPG), led by principal Vincent Gordon, consulted for CHC Solutions from March 2018 to April of 2018. During this time GPG provided regulatory guidance and support as CHC Solutions interacted with the PA Department of Human Services during a change in ownership and company name.
GPG’s guidance resulted in a reduced administrative burden for CHC, a reduced impact on CHC’s revenue and an expedited approval for CHC to continue operating as a PA Medicaid provider.
